I don’t know if I clearly expressed this, but I gained a lot of pleasure from my 30 Days of Dinner challenge. Sure, it had an 80% success rate*, but it kept me on my toes and kept dinner from being something I work hard to produce which then disappears in seconds. Now they’re all cataloged here…well, at least 80% of them are.
*The perfectionist in me wants 100%.

Row 8: Bacon Burgers with Gorgonzola/Easy Shepherd’s Pie
Row 9: Quattro Formaggi Gnocchi/Pappardelle Bolognese
Row 10: Brown Butter Sage Gnocchi/Camarones y Chorizo
Row 11: Oscar Style Filet/Drip Beef
Row 12: Shrimp Scampi/Spicy Sausage Ziti
Row 13: Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Mac & Cheese/Spicy Chicken Thighs with Guac
Note: I have no regrets about all the pasta I consumed this month.
