I don’t know if I clearly expressed this, but I gained a lot of pleasure from my 30 Days of Dinner challenge. Sure, it had an 80% success rate*, but it kept me on my toes and kept dinner from being something I work hard to produce which then disappears in seconds. Now they’re all cataloged here…well, at least 80% of them are.
*The perfectionist in me wants 100%.
May turned out about the same success rate. Without further ado, I give you: 26 Days of Dinner
I had a suggestion from one of my dedicated blog readers* to post what each dinner was so that while you’re drooling**, you can know what it is you are drooling over.
**Or noting my horrible lighting. Obviously, this is not a kitchen issue which I have yet fixed.
